1.Turn off the Airplane Mode and Enable the Bluetooth Feature

1.       Press Win + I to launch Settings

2.       Then select Network & Internet menu.

3.       Select Airplane mode tab on the left side.

4.       On the right side, turn off the Airplane mode->> Turn on the Bluetooth.


2. Make Sure the Bluetooth Devices Are Enabled

1.       Settings ->> Devices menu

2.       Select Bluetooth & other devices tab.

3.       On the right side, make sure the Bluetooth is turned on.

4.       Click More Bluetooth options below.

5.       Tick the three options and click OK.


3.Use Troubleshooter to Fix Bluetooth Issues after Windows 10 Creators Update

1.       Settings ->> Update & security
2.       Click on Troubleshoot.
3.       Under Find and fix other problems, ->> select Bluetooth ->> Run the troubleshooter.


4.  Windows 10 Creators will then start to detect and fix the Bluetooth problems automatically. Follow the on-screen instructions and wait for the troubleshooting process to complete.


4.Enable the Bluetooth Support Service to Troubleshoot Bluetooth Problems for Windows 10 Creators

1. Press Win + R to open the Run box. Type services.msc into it and then hit Enter.
2. Locate the Bluetooth Support service on the Services dialog and right-click it to select Restart.
3.Then double click the Bluetooth Support service ->> Change the Startup type to Automatic under the General tab.

5. Then click Apply and OK to save and then exit the service dialog.

5.Re-add the Bluetooth devices

1.     Open Control Panel.
2.     Select Hardware and Sounds and expand Bluetooth Devices section.
3.     Locate the malfunctioning device, for example Bluetooth keyboard, click on it and select Remove.
4.     Then click it again and select Add.
5.     Press the Reset button on the affected device and select My device is set up and ready to be found option.
6.      Finally, click Next and wait until the system detects the Bluetooth device.
7.      Click Next and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the re-adding procedure.

6. Reinstall Bluetooth Device Drivers in Device Manager

1.     Go to Control Panel
2.   Then click on  Programs and Features. Locate your Bluetooth device and Right click it to choose Uninstall.
3.   Press Win + X to choose Device Manager. Expand the category Bluetooth and then right
         click your Bluetooth device to Uninstall.

Notes: Leave the "delete the driver software for this device" box unchecked. And if you have more than one driver listed for your Bluetooth device there, you should repeat this step for each of the devices.

4. Restart your computer and Windows will then help to reinstall the Bluetooth device driver automatically.

7.Update Bluetooth Drivers with Driver Talent
